Full-time Building Day Porter – 200 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Orlando, FL 32801 We are looking for Building Day Porter to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
Responsibilities Clean and maintain designated building areas as per schedule Communicate with guests and tenants as needed Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects outside and inside building as needed Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor/Porter Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Locations Downtown Orlando M-F 6:30am – 3:30pm – 1 hour lunch $16.00 per hour
