Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Back-of-House Cleaner to join our resort housekeeping team. This overnight role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in all back-of-house areas, including staff corridors, restrooms, break rooms, and resort restaurants. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and safe environment to support smooth daily resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, and dispensers) using proper chemicals and equipment. Replenish restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Sweep, mop, and floors and back-of-house walkways, ensuring no grease buildup. Empty trash, recyclables, and food waste from kitchen and service areas. Deep clean and sanitize restaurant dining areas (floors, baseboards, doors, fixtures) after service hours. Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, locker rooms, and service corridors. Report any maintenance issues, leaks, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all safety and infection control guidelines, including proper PPE usage. Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for guest and staff areas
