On Call (between 1-7 or more days)

Weekdays & Weekends | 4hrs. – 12Hrs. Shift no OT Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Duties Perform industrial, commercial, and custodial cleaning tasks Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas Perform floor care duties including buffing and waxing Assist with residential painting tasks when required Handle porter duties as necessary Requirements Previous experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and waxers Attention to detail and the ability to work independently Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary Typically may include but are not limited to janitorial duties of monitoring and cleaning of restrooms and concourses, trash pickup and debris removal, and sweeping of concourse areas. Additional tasks may include surface cleaning in concourse areas, meeting rooms and other interior areas, emptying trash containers, glass door and window cleaning, cleaning of restroom areas (lower panels and doors, toilet, walls, floors, sinks, mirrors, etc.), refilling/replenishing restroom paper products and hand soap, etc.
