Parking Lot Cleaner 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Ocoee, FL Porters for PME are responsible for the upkeep of grounds and parking lots of commercial shopping centers. The hours available are up to 40 per week. Locations are in Ocoee. Weekend and Holiday availability is required. Must be able to carry leaf blower backpack weighing 25/30 lbs. A valid driver’s license and your own transportation are required. A cell phone is also required to communicate with a supervisor. We are a drug free workplace. Must be able to pass a drug test including Medical Marijuana. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of shopping center parking lots, dumpster enclosures, flower beds, sidewalks and trash cans throughout the property Operate a backpack blower Notify supervisor of any deficiencies or repairs needed Use equipment provided to ensure the property is kept to our company standard Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to lift up to 25lbs Positive attitude Integrity Dependable Reliable This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
