Part Time Cleaner Eddie’s Cleaning Services LLC Orlando, FL 32811 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Every Wednesday 7 hours at a commercial property. Additional shifts/hours can be available. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Buff and polish floors to maintain their appearance and longevity. Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of spaces. Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is in good working condition. Execute custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment as required. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Handle industrial cleaning tasks, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques for safe operations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is a plus. Ability to perform residential painting tasks is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
