Candidates Must be US citizens and have clean background check. We service defense contractors so requirements are mandatory. Cleaners/custodians/janitors will be responsible for maintaining a clean environment at all times. This is a 1099 contractor position (You will be responsible for paying all your taxes). Responsibilities Include:

1. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms. 2. Sanitizing all touch points. 3. Vacuuming and mopping floors. 4. Cleaning windows, frames and glass 5. Collect and dispose trash 6. Buff floors with machine 7. Dust and polish furniture 8. Establish and maintain clear communication with clients, coworkers, supervisors and management staff. 9. Document and report any facility issues to supervisors 10. Use cleaning supplies correctly according to instructions. 11. Keep Janitors closet neat and organized at all times 12. Maintain building security by making sures all doors are locked at all times. 13. Keep track of inventory supplies. 14. HEPA Vacuum 15. Perform other tasks related to cleaning. Principals only.
