Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pressure washing services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, fences, siding, roofs, and other exterior surfaces. Operate commercial-grade pressure washing equipment and apply cleaning agents as needed for different surfaces. Prepare job sites by removing debris, setting up safety zones, and protecting property where necessary. Assess surfaces and determine the safest and most effective cleaning methods. Maintain and troubleshoot pressure washing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and safe chemical handling. Communicate professionally with clients on-site, explaining work performed and addressing any questions or concerns. Document job details and report issues or maintenance needs to the owner or supervisor. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in pressure washing or a related field is required. Strong knowledge of pressure washing techniques, chemicals, and safety practices. Ability to consistently deliver clean, professional work with attention to detail. Physically fit and able to work in various outdoor conditions; must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Must be punctual, reliable, and professional in both appearance and conduct.
