Responsibilities:

Clean exterior windows of commercial and residential properties Pressure wash around exterior parts of the property

Requirements:

Prefer to have someone with some experience of exterior home cleaning but not necessary Training and equipment will be provided NEED to drive a

SUV or TRUCKS Skills:

• Experience in window cleaning or related field preferred
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and address any concerns
