Windsor at Celebration is recruiting for a hospitality focused part-time Floor Tech Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for floor maintenance of apartment buildings, clubhouse, and all other common areas of community as well as assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity. 2. Strip wax from floors. 3. Buff floors. 4. Maintain floor equipment. 5. Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies. 6. Clean all trash rooms. 7. Assist housekeepers with annual cleanings. 8. Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment. 9. Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials. 10. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of one year experience working in apartment/rental or healthcare environment preferred
Pay:
$15.50 – $16.00/Hour Part-time 3pm – 11pm (Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday) Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status. This could include MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu and
