• Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning of vacation homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Uphold company standards for cleanliness and maintenance in each property.
• Identify and resolve any cleaning or maintenance issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and operated safely.

• Qualifications:

• Must have full-time availability and be willing to work weekends and holidays as this is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation is required to reach various cleaning sites.
• Valid work permit.
• Significant experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in vacation home settings.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must speak Spanish.
• Demonstrated focus on detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
