Why This Role is Right for You You enjoy working around professional teams in clean, structured spaces You’re organized, focused, and enjoy predictable tasks with clear expectations You want steady hours, supportive supervision, and a role with purpose What You’ll Do Maintain cleanliness in office lobbies, corridors, restrooms, breakrooms, and elevators Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize high-touch surfaces, and restock supplies Empty trash bins and clean shared spaces like copy rooms or kitchens Notify supervisors of any building issues, supply needs, or safety concerns Follow daily task sheets and adhere to building access protocols Wear the TamCare uniform and represent the brand with professionalism What You Bring At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial building experience Detail-oriented and able to complete tasks independently Comfortable with evening or daytime schedules Able to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Clear communicator with a reliable attendance track record Must pass a background check and follow
