Job Description:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and deep cleaning tasks in residential homes and short-term rental properties Follow assigned cleaning checklists for each service type Handle cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms with attention to detail Change linens, manage laundry (if applicable), and restock supplies Communicate with team lead regarding special instructions, issues, or client feedback Maintain professionalism and respect in customer homes
Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and honesty Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
