Join Our Team as a Custodian! Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Custodians, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our QC and IgG areas. Your efforts will ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and contribute to a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Cleanliness:

Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleanings in QC and IgG areas following defined procedures.

Prepare Cleaning Solutions:

Rotate and prepare cleaning solutions to ensure effective sanitation.

Safety Checks:

Conduct safety showers checkups and cleaning to maintain a safe environment.

Compliance:

Follow cGMPs and stay updated on relevant procedures (SOPs).

Light Maintenance:

Handle light maintenance duties such as painting, door repairs, and changing light bulbs.

Cleanroom Access:

Maintain gowning qualification for entering Cleanrooms.

Record Keeping:

Accurately record cleanings in logs and sanitize chambers and equipment.

Training:

Train in safety procedures and manage the disposal of trash and biohazardous waste.

Inventory Management:

Maintain equipment and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Effective Communication:

Communicate status and issues effectively with the team.

Restocking:

Restock gowning areas and manage gown returns.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in floor cleaning. Experience in custodial, janitorial, or sanitation roles. Ability to operate equipment like autoclaves and floor scrubbing machines. Basic math skills for supply requests and chemical solutions. High School diploma or equivalent. At least one year of custodial/floor cleaning experience. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location:

Contract to Hire position based in Boca Raton, Florida Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $21.00/hr.
