They work with some of the BEST property management companies across the US, and their Florida division is expected to BOOM ! We are recruiting experienced and skilled High Rise Technicians to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in rope access techniques and will receive additional training in cleaning methods specific to high-rise buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and using specialized equipment safely and efficiently. They provide the following high-access services: Window Cleaning, Caulking, Paint, Sealant, Mortar Repair, Light Bulb Replacement Work environment: The Company’s focus is to provide their people with an enjoyable place to work, where people are treated with respect. Responsibilities include:
General window cleaner and power washer duties Some sealant application and guided repairs Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of oneself and others while working at heights. Operate and maintain window cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently Inspect and evaluate the condition of windows and report any damages or defects to the supervisor through a VERY easy to follow company-built guideline Keep track of your schedule and progress Use ladders, lift, rope access, or scaffolding as needed Communicate job completion and/or concerns with account managers Safely use equipment, including company vehicles, provided by the company Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks Participate in training programs provided by the company to enhance skills in high-rise window cleaning techniques and safety protocols Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with clients and building occupants Attending safety meetings Job requirements: US Driver’s license Must be comfortable working on ladders and at heights Must have good planning and problem solving skills Must have a smartphone in order to keep up with work orders Must have repelling window cleaning experience. (Please do not apply if you lack experience in any) Experience in high-access or repelling using rope access techniques preferred Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that involve climbing, lifting, and working in challenging positions as well as standing for long periods Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
