Summary We are seeking a dedicated Janitor / cleaning technician to join our team at Valhalla Yacht Sales. Located in Riviera Beach, this role is essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. Your contributions will directly support our mission of excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. Clean windows and other surfaces as needed Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and buffing as needed. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility. Assist with custodial tasks such as restocking supplies and sanitizing common areas. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management. Maintain equipment and supplies used for cleaning tasks. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance is a plus. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
