Janitorial Technician Triton Property Management Lake Worth, FL 33461 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role involves performing custodial duties in both Indoor and outdoor settings, with a focus on floor care, maintenance, and general cleaning tasks. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including assigned outside buildings, laundry areas and catwalks. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, and waxing to ensure high-quality floor maintenance. Daily cleaning toliets, sinks, shower stalls and mopping floors Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are sanitary. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Experience Previous experience in custodial or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and industrial cleaning techniques is a plus. Skills in floor care methods such as buffing and waxing are highly desirable. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated time frames.
