Maintenance/Janitorial Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Maintenance/Janitorial Confidential Ocean Ridge, FL 33435 We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance/Janitorial Employee to join our team for a 30-unit condominium building. This is a hands-on role that leans more towards janitorial duties with light maintenance responsibilities focused on the general upkeep and cleanliness of the property. $18-$22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning of common areas including hallways, stairwells, lobby, restrooms, etc. Trash and recycling removal Light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger issues to management Monitoring and restocking janitorial supplies Ensuring the building remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in janitorial and maintenance work preferred Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently and reliably Basic knowledge of building systems is a plus Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks Must have excellent communication for frequent interaction with homeowners If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and functioning smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
