Job Description:

Cleanest Restaurant Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced Overnight Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role involves supervising cleaning crews at restaurant locations—both kitchen and front-of-house—during the overnight shift. You will oversee staff, cover call-outs, and ensure cleaning standards are met consistently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities. Ensure all areas meet company and client cleanliness standards. Train and support cleaning staff. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Report maintenance or safety issues to management. Be prepared to fill in and clean when necessary. Provide support with cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience (required). Prior experience in a cleaning or janitorial supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and manage a team. Dependable, punctual and able to work independently. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Required) Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)

Hours of Work:

Night Shift Must be able to work from 11:00pm – 8:00am. (Hours will vary between this time)
