Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors. Assess the condition of surfaces before cleaning and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions. Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris, furniture, or other obstacles as necessary. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions or repairs needed. Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the job process. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including before-and-after photos when applicable. Qualifications Previous experience in pressure washing or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled timelines. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods. A valid driver’s license is preferred; reliable transportation is required for travel between job sites.
