ASAP with interview and background screening. Qualifications Previous PAID 2+ years house cleaning, custodial work, hotel cleaning, or housekeeping management is required. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day, including lifting and moving items when necessary. Legally able to work in the US. Speak English (conversational is okay). Have your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies (including own phone for schedluding and contact). Have basic technical skills for our scheduling system via BookingKoala. Must have a Professional General Liability Insurance. Must be able to pass a background check. Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various areas such as offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to ensure all surfaces are spotless. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring that all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients or guests promptly and professionally. Launder linens and other materials as needed to maintain a fresh supply for operations. Assist in kitchen duties such as cooking or cleaning up after meals when required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
