Residential and Airbnb Cleaner Paradise Shine Cleaning West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional cleaning services. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies. Skills Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require extra care. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
