This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all occupants. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Duties General cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Picking up litter, garbage, and debris on premises Restock restroom supplies Removing trash from trash bins and cleaning the interior and exterior of buildings. Other janitorial duties as assigned. Cross train and cover duties as needed within the guard shack, wash bay, detail, bay, and/or grounds and maintenance work around the terminal. Supplement the grounds/facilities needs. Other duties as assigned. Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning and custodial services. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and waxing. Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Good communication skills to interact effectively with staff and management.
