We’re currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing the appearance and cleanliness of carpets and upholstery in both residential and commercial settings . Duties Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions. Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention. Execute floor care tasks including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain accurate records of services performed and any additional recommendations for clients. Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional carpet & upholstery experience Experience with truck-mount and portable systems preferred Clean driver’s license No criminal background (background and MVR check required) Physically fit – able to lift hoses, move furniture, and handle equipment Strong attention to detail – we deliver premium service Professional attitude, clean appearance, and reliability are a must Polite with customers, able to work independently and as part of a team Join us in delivering exceptional carpet cleaning services that enhance the beauty and longevity of our clients’ flooring!
