Commercial Cleaning Technician Lambert Industrial Cleaning LLC Pinellas Park, FL 33781

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly

Skills:

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
