The ability to:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Perform routine maintenance activities and notifying management of need for repairs. Demonstrate the ability to work with others and the elderly. Be knowledgeable of the principal equipment, materials, machines, tools used in housekeeping.

Education :

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience :

preference to have a minimum of six months experience working in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility.

Physical Strength :

Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds.
