The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning as needed, ensuring all areas meet safety and health regulations. Carry out custodial duties such as trash removal, floor care, buffing, and maintaining equipment. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs and residential painting when required. Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies to maintain a clean environment. Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report when reordering is necessary. Skills Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Familiarity with industrial and commercial cleaning techniques. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
