Parking Lot Cleaner 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Clearwater, FL 33764 Porters for PME are responsible for the upkeep of grounds and parking lots of commercial shopping centers. The hours are flexible between midnight and 10 am, weekday and weekend availability is required. Looking to fill positions in Clearwater, Hudson and Dunedin areas. A valid driver’s license, your own transportation and cell phone to communicate with your supervisor are required. We are a drug free workplace. Must be able to pass a drug test including medical marijuana. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of shopping center parking lots, dumpster enclosures, flower beds, sidewalks and trash cans throughout the property Notify supervisor of any deficiencies or repairs needed Use equipment provided to ensure the property is kept to our company standard Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to lift up to 25lbs Positive attitude Integrity Dependable Reliable This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
