We currently have a position available in Palm Harbor. We are looking for a great cleaner that can work 3 days per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings(Friday clean can be completed over the weekend) for approximately 5 hours per night. This is a contract position (1099)

Requirements:

Excellent communication is a MUST! Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation Must be able to lift 30 lbs Prefer experienced cleaner, but willing to train the right candidate! Must pass mandatory criminal background check

Job Description:

Clean and maintain accounts: sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors Sanitize restrooms and common areas Empty trash and restock supplies Follow safety and cleaning protocols Professional attitude Responsible with keys and knowledge of alarm codes Follow-through and consistency Must have reliable transportation Maintain equipment, request supplies as needed Other duties as required by management Please apply through Indeed with your resume, we will review the applications and contact you for the next step.
