Part Time Cleaner – 15-25 hours per week ( Most Jobs will be booked between Monday and Friday additional hours are possible when available) Job Requirements (Please read as these are must haves): Maintain a Valid Drivers License MUST have a vehicle to get to and from each jobsite Ability to pass a background check 18+ Years of Age Have experience working for a cleaning company or working as a residential or commercial cleaner professionally (1+ yr experience) Able to lift and carry 40+ pounds of cleaning supplies and equipment Able to stand, kneel, and climb stairs Good at organizing and solving problems Good work ethic and positive attitude Can work both independently and as part of a team environment Can communicate well using technology such as texting and company application Job Description and Duties Completing cleaning duties (standard clean, deep clean) according to the provided checklists Managing all cleaning duties of the client’s home within the scope of work provided in the assigned job and ensuring a high level of quality Working with minimal supervision – Must be able to effectively and efficiently complete tasks within the allowed time. Building positive relationships with clients by earning their trust and respect Complying with proper safety policies and procedures Transporting all equipment and supplies to and from each visit Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management Taking the initiative to delight our clients wherever possible Accurately log your hours using a time tracking app Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers using our cleaning app. Ensure proper customer notifications using our cleaning app (Cleaner on the way, Cleaner has started, Cleaner has finished) Arrive to each job within the promised window of time per the cleaning app and effectively and efficiently complete the assigned job within the time allowed without sacrificing quality
