Security Personnel Life Protect 24/7 – 2.7 Clearwater, FL Job Details Part-time $20 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Life Protect 24/7 is seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Guard, Day Porter, and Handyman. This multifaceted role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, maintaining cleanliness, and performing light maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer service-focused, and capable of managing various responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Duties:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Report any suspicious activity or security incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist visitors and employees as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies. Write incident reports Ensure all Advisors have left the premises before departing. Assist with other assorted security-related duties, as needed Respond to Code Blues (Medical Emergency) Code Reds (Security Issues)

Rounds Day Porter Duties:

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Restock supplies as necessary (e.g., restroom supplies, paper towels, etc.). Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain high standards of hygiene. Assist with other assorted janitorial duties, as needed

Handyman Duties:

Perform minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing door handles, and basic plumbing tasks. Assist with setting up or moving furniture as needed. Coordinate with maintenance staff for any complex repairs or larger projects. Assist with other assorted maintenance-related duties, as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, twist, and reach Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing or wiping Must be able to work with chemical substances and other cleaning materials Must be able to operate an industrial vacuum both a backpack and handheld-styled vacuum cleaner

Pay:

$20/hour

Schedule:
