The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet organizational standards. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that need cleaning or maintenance. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Reliable transportation is preferred for commuting to various job sites. Must adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing duties.
