We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Custodian/Janitorial Cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness and order of client facilities. You will be working across multiple locations within Lakeland, Mulberry, Bartow, and Winter Haven, with a focus on deep cleaning and routine upkeep. We are looking for someone dependable and proactive who takes pride in creating a welcoming and clean environment. Multiple Shifts Available, $14/HR.

General Requirements:

Must have a personal vehicle for transportation Available to work Monday to Friday (schedule to be discussed during the interview) Able to travel to multiple locations in Polk County Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a steady work pace

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal Maintain and stock cleaning supplies in designated areas Clean and sanitize ceiling vents, windows, and other surfaces as needed Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly Work efficiently and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner Cooperate with team members to ensure quality service and a positive work environment Learn and remember cleaning procedures for different accounts with support from the supervisor If you are a motivated, reliable individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to learn on the job, we want to hear from you!
