Custodial commercial cleaner – TP Lake Mary 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Lake Mary, FL 32746 We are looking for part-time night commercial cleaners to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out cleaning tasks and special requests as needed Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the other employees Follow all OSHA regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently

El objetivo es mantenerlo limpio y ordenado. Responsabilidades Limpie y suministre las áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.) Llevar a cabo tareas de limpieza y solicitudes especiales según sea necesario. Notificar a la gerencia sobre las deficiencias que se produzcan o las necesidades de reparación. Abastecer y mantener salas de suministro Cooperar con los otros empleados. Siga todas las regulaciones de OSHA Habilidades Experiencia laboral comprobable como conserje Habilidad para manejar equipos y maquinaria de limpieza. Conocimiento de productos químicos y suministros de limpieza. Familiaridad con las hojas de datos de seguridad de materiales Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente. 6 – 10pm
