We prefer a candidate who is comfortable communicating in Spanish, but you must also be able to read and understand basic English instructions and safety signage . This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is reliable, and understands the importance of starting each workday with a clean, safe environment. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting Restock supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue) before leaving each area Ensure all assigned zones meet Ayopa’s quality and safety standards Communicate promptly with supervisors and report maintenance or safety issues Maintain a professional attitude while representing the company on-site Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial janitorial experience Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites Drug‑free —Ayopa Inc. enforces a strict zero‑tolerance policy Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions accurately Physically able to bend, lift, carry, and stand for extended periods Spanish ‑speaking preferred; must be able to read and understand English instructions and safety labels Ideal Candidate Arrives on time, ready to work, and completes tasks without constant oversight Takes pride in doing the job right the first time Maintains a positive, team‑oriented attitude and respects client property Upholds Ayopa’s standards of professionalism and accountability Why Join Ayopa Inc.?
