We are seeking dedicated Commercial Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards inside the facility.

Pay rate:

$15-16 per hour.

Hiring the following Part Time Positions… 1.

Part Time AM Cleaner:

Monday

• Friday 8am
• 1pm 25 hours per week 2.

Part Time AM Cleaner:

Saturday and Sunday 8am

• 1pm 10-12 hours per week 3.

Part Time AM Cleaner:

Saturday and Sunday 8am

• 1pm 10-12 hours per week 4.

Part Time PM Cleaner:

Monday

• Tuesday 5:30pm
• 10:30pm Saturday 5:30pm
• 10:30pm 15-18 hours per week.

Ability to move up and gain more work upon performance as we are rapidly growing!

Job Specific Duties:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, restrooms, and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals.
• Notify management of any repairs needed.

Requirements:

• Must be

RELIABLE.

Have your own personal transportation.

• Must have the ability to work in a team, take responsibility, and ability to take criticism.
• 1+ years’ experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Have a smart phone.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience as a porter or custodial staff is advantageous
• Have no health or physical limitations (minor lifting, bending, etc) (Lifting/caring up to 20lbs) Standing on your feet for long periods at a time.
• Bilingual is a plus.
