Experience needed in drywall repairs, painting, and general carpentry. Must be able to repair doors, replace exterior light fixtures, and more. Must have reliable transportation, their own tools and be able to do general maintenance. The hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday but being flexible with some Saturday half days would be helpful. The property is located in Altamonte Springs Florida.
