Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, applying cleaning solutions, ensuring thorough cleaning, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating and Maintaining Equipment:

Checking equipment for proper water supply, ensuring it’s working correctly, and maintaining it according to safety protocols.

Cleaning Surfaces:

Using pressure washers to remove dirt, grime, and debris from various surfaces like buildings, driveways, and patios.

Applying Cleaning Solutions:

Using specialized cleaning solutions, often in a low-pressure soft wash system, to effectively remove mildew, moss, and other microorganisms.

Ensuring Thorough Cleaning:

Inspecting cleaned surfaces after washing to ensure complete removal of dirt and debris.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service throughout the job, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Safety:

Following safety procedures, including using personal protective equipment (PPE), protecting customer property and landscaping, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Documentation:

Keeping accurate records of work performed, including billable hours and any required documentation.

Basic Maintenance:
