Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Technician Squeegee Squad Pasco County Land O’ Lakes, FL 34638 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. You will also be expected to carry out pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and high-rise window washing as needed. Responsibilities Clean windows for residential and commercial properties using professional techniques and equipment. Perform pressure washing services on driveways, sidewalks, buildings, and other surfaces. Perform gutter cleaning, ensuring debris removal and proper drainage. Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure efficiency and safety. Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns in a professional manner. Follow all company safety protocols and industry standards. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and able to perform tasks that require climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus.
