Whether you need additional funds for gas, food, or simply want to spend a few hours out of the house we offer weekly pay. This provides flexibility and convenience. Were looking for one individual to work specifically a floating schedule to accommodate when other team members need time off. There is a base salary of $100 monthly. If you have to work a certain day you will also be compensated $15/hr. If you refuse a shift then the base salary will be deducted accordingly. Days will vary depending on time off requests and call outs. If no team member calls out or doesn’t request time off for the month, then you will receive $100 for the month without having to complete a shift. You must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Empty trash and dispose of waste materials
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways and lobbies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

Skills:

• Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details in cleaning tasks
• Time management: Efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40lb

• Communication:

  Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
