This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for Part time work Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties in common areas: sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust elevators, hallways, staircases, guest laundry, etc.
- Clean all common areas of the property
- Light landscape maintenance
- Remove trash and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Blow off the parking lot
- Pressure washing
- Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is a plus, but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must be legal to work in US
- Must be able to work Holidays and weekends
Compensation:
