Soft Washing Technician – Join Our Growing Team! Panhandle Power Cleaners is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Soft Washing Technician to join our professional exterior cleaning team. We specialize in soft washing homes, roofs, fences, driveways, decks, and more – helping property owners maintain beautiful, safe, and long-lasting exteriors.

Soft Washing Technician Location:
Crawfordville, FL Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays and night work)
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior cleaning using low-pressure soft wash techniques
- Operate and maintain power washing equipment and vehicles
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions safely and effectively
- Set up work areas and ensure customer property is protected during cleaning
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent our company professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work truck and supplies
Qualifications:
- Experience in soft washing or pressure washing preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders if needed
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
