The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential properties, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

MUST BE:

Drug free, able to follow directions, reliable, and prideful in work. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, and other duties. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and feedback promptly and professionally. Assist in commercial cleaning projects when required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in various environments. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred; familiarity with residential cleaning practices is a plus. Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces and materials. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance. Excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day- this is a physically demanding job.
