The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and customers. Duties Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Manage housekeeping tasks effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and requests promptly and professionally. Launder linens, towels, and other items as necessary to support cleaning operations. Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as kitchen and bathroom sanitation, bedroom organization, and general tidying up. Execute carpet cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain the quality of flooring. Carry out floor care responsibilities including stripping, waxing, and polishing surfaces as needed. Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to promote health and safety standards within the environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of cleaning assignments. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of housekeeping management principles is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with laundering techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in residential cleaning practices is desirable. Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and floor care techniques is beneficial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
