Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and visitors. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in commercial spaces. Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet hygiene standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality. Handle custodial duties including waste disposal and recycling management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across different areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
