Part-Time Custodian Supervisor Position Available In Bibb, Georgia

Part-Time Custodian Supervisor Macons Cleaning Company Macon, GA 31210 Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
• Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and buffing
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
• Oversee a team of custodians and do follow-up reports
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow all health and safety regulations Qualifications
• Prior Manager/Supervisor Experience

REQUIRED

• Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance required
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial products and cleaning techniques
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
