You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms with disinfectant and cleaning surfaces,emptying trash and operating floor scrubbers. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. Job times can be as early as 6:00 a.m (only working 3 hours in the morning)and afternoon shift is anytime between 1:00 p.m & 5:00 p.m(flexible time and only cleaning restrooms which take around hour and a half) Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building Operate a floor scrubber, mop floors, clean restrooms, and empty trash cans daily Clean surfaces and mirrors and supply restrooms Write reports and take photos of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs Operate a floor scrubber on the floors daily(you will be trained) Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services(preferred ) Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Excellent stamina and physical health Activeworking cell phone with internet Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Must be able to work weekends & early mornings
