Industrial Cleaners Needed!- Midnights/Weekends 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Register, GA 30452 PrideNow is hiring industrial cleaners for our client in Register, GA 30452. Industrial cleaners work at our clients manufacturing client sites.

Pay Range:

$17/hr.

Shift:

Monday- Thursday 12am-430am and Friday-Sunday hours may vary based on production schedule Responsibilities Clean windows and general surfaces throughout the facility Mop and sanitize industrial and manufacturing floor areas Clean and maintain conveyor lines to ensure optimal performance Remove plastic buildup and residue from robotic arms and equipment Scrape off grease, glue, and other industrial residues from machinery and surfaces Reapply grease to specific machine components as needed Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and tools Support other facility cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by the manager Safely utilize required solvents and chemicals to provide sanitation services; Wear PPE as required which may include but not be limited to: face masks, respirators, safety glasses, safety gloves, hard hats, steel-toe boots (OSHA/CSA approved), and paint suits; Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies; Perform physically repetitive tasks: work in a fast-paced environment, bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, using stairs, reaching, scrubbing, prolonged standing and walking; Utilize a floor buffer/scrubber equipment for floor stripping and wax services in the building (training provided) Restock and manage inventory and supplies within the janitorial storage areas; Abide by all health and safety policies, practices, and procedures by the company and facility; Follow all company and site instructions and building protocols; Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in industrialized or janitorial cleaning is considered an asset; Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically repetitive tasks; Ability to bring or purchase before work – steel-toed safety boots; Availability to work various shifts including overtime and on weekends; Motivated and self-driven person with a willingness to learn; Safety-oriented with a strong attention to detail; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Minimum High School level education; Must be able to reliably commute to the site for work.
