Custodian SouthEast Services, LLC Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform office cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and standards. Maintain cleanliness in a commercial setting, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-kept. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping. Carry out porter duties such as moving furniture or equipment as required. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment for staff and visitors. Skills Proven experience in custodial work or related fields such as commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility. Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility occupants. A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
