This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, contributing directly to our mission of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. The position is based in the United States. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout assigned facilities. Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained for optimal customer experience. Assist with floor care including buffing and mopping as needed. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management. Support custodial staff in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in both commercial and residential settings. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately. Requirements Previous experience in facilities maintenance or custodial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
