The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean hard floor surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment. Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas, including toiletries and linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks. Maintain an organized supply cart and ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition. Uphold the hotel’s standards of hospitality by providing friendly service to guests. Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is an asset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
